Decadent BlueBerry Whipping Cream with Angel Food Cake


  1. Prepare the Angel Food Cake Mix According to instructions on the box & cool Cut in to slices for addition of the whipping cream & fruit and place on fancy plates.
  2. Take the whipping cream and whip until thickened, adding vanilla and sugar as it thickens. Once it has become whipped then add the seedless jam and mix until well blended, light & fluffy.
  3. Add the fruit to the plates of cake and top with the whipping cream.
  4. Variation: Use Puff Pastry from prepackaged product instead of cake.

Tastes decadent! :) Can be done with any fruit variation that you have seedless (or even regular) jam available! I used regular BlueBerry Jam (from Saskatchewan) and it worked beautifully.
