Apple Caramel Cake

This apple caramel cake/loaf was apart of my winners package, including the pan I baked this in. This was so delicious and a big hit in the house. It was extremely moist, and had two batter components which was a little different for myself. but was very simple. smells absolutely amazing while cooking.


  1. After you mix your batter`s in separate bowls you dump your main apple batter into your pan then you take your second batter,
  2. and place dollops spaced out.
  3. After you take a skewer or a butter knife and where you have placed your dollops you just swirl the brown sugar batter in each spot.
  4. Then just place in the oven and back for 25-35 mins depending on the pan you use.

You don't say how to make the batters.

Do you frost your cake, if so - what type of frosting do you use? Looks delicious!
