
Lemon cake made with tea...for an ice tea flavour...great for a summer celebration!
Directions
- Make and bake the cake in a mug, following the directions on the pouch...using the orange pekoe tea instead of water.
- After it cools put a maple leaf cookie cutter on the cake...sprinkle most of the decorative sugar inside the shape.
- Remove the cookie cutter to reveal the red maple leaf sugar design...sprinkle the rest of the decorative sugar around the edges of the mug.
- Enjoy your cake! It goes great with iced tea!
