Directions
- Mix and cook cake mix according to box
- 1-In a medium saucepan, whisk together 1 cup sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- 2-Stir in 1 1/2 cup water lemon juice
- 3-mix and add egg yolks.
- 4-Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil
- continue to cook while stirring constantly until thick.
- 5-Remove from heat.
- 6-Stir in butter.
- 7-Put lemon on bottom of your dish layer with cake then lemon pour remaining lemon over the top
- Chill and then serve
