Tarte Tatin with Vanilla Cake

Everyone loves apples as soon as the cold is felt! Mix with brown sugar, some spices and a hint of ginger and you are guaranteed that your dessert will be devoured!

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 325 ° F (160 ° C)

These directions are a little hard to follow. However, as to the measurements: According to on-line conversion tables 5g of cinnamon etc. equals about 2/3 to 1 teaspoon.

What dough are you talking about. It doesn't mention any dough in the ingredients.
