Cake mix is perfect for pancakes
- Combine dry cake mix, pancake mix, milk, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until blended.
- Spray griddle with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto hot griddle for each pancake.
- Cook until small bubbles form on tops; flip and cook until golden brown.
- Place frosting in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High 10 to 15 seconds; stir until smooth. Drizzle over pancakes.
