Cranberry Almond Biscotti

The perfect crunchy snack, studded with tart cranberries and earthy almonds.


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together all ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  3. Divide into two 2" logs and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 25 to 30 minutes until logs are golden brown.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Slice the logs diagonally into ½ inch slices.
  7. Return to the baking sheet and bake another 10 to 12 minutes until dry.
