The perfect crunchy snack, studded with tart cranberries and earthy almonds.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together all ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Divide into two 2" logs and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for about 25 to 30 minutes until logs are golden brown.
- Let cool.
- Slice the logs diagonally into ½ inch slices.
- Return to the baking sheet and bake another 10 to 12 minutes until dry.
