Pumpkin Spice Muffins with Cinnamon Butter Cream

These muffins are amazing for fall.. They have all the fall spices and colours to go with... Decorate with Fall design muffin cups and toppers!!! Please enjoy!

Directions

  1. Bake at 375 for 20-25min
  2. Yields. 12 muffins
  3. Prep pie pumpkin, use puree
  4. mix all dry ingredients together
  5. mix all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl..
  6. add wet ingredients into dry ingredients until moist... please do not over mix!
  7. Pour your amazing smelling batter into fall themed muffins cups...
  8. Top with 1/4 cup reserved Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds
  9. Using a piping bag, and filler tip,
  10. Fill muffins with Cinnamon Butter Cream
  11. sprinkle with large oat flakes if desired..
