Whiskey, chocolate banana bread

Traditional banana bread with a kick and super moist.


  1. Pre- heat oven to 350.
  2. Mash bananas
  3. Combine mix, bananas, eggs and all other ingredients until well blended. If the mixture is too wet add flour until a you reach the batter stage. This is a moist bread.
  4. Bake 45mins to an hour.
  5. Delish warm or cold.

What size pan...greased, not greased, beat with a mixer or not?

Hi sorry I missed this, one regular loaf pan, and lightly greased. Don't flour as it ruins the lovely slight caramelization on the crust. Enjoy
