
Banana Bread with Coconut
Directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and vanilla. Add flour to the bowl and mix. Stir in the coconut and nuts).
- Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let loaf cool in the pan for ten minutes, then turn out onto rack.
