A light, white alternative to heavy fruitcake... my favourite and made yearly for us by my mom. As children our teachers used to get a loaf and they never complained!
- Mix all ingedients and knead to a dough.
- Form two loaves
- Bake 350 Degrees F for 30-40 min
- Glaze the baked product with melted butter and powdered sugar
- Keep well wrapped to insure freshness for later. Long shelf life.
