Blueberry Lemon Streusel Muffins

Blueberries & lemon, the perfect combination in this deliciously moist muffin.

Ingredients

  • MUFFINS
  • 1 box of duncan Hines lemon cake mix & ingrdients listed on box
  • 1 cup of fesh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
  • STREUSEL TOPPING
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix cake mix as directed on box
  2. Fold in blueberries & lemon zest
  3. Pour into lined muffin pans
  4. In a medium bowl mix all streusel ingredients until crumbly
  5. Generously top each muffin
  6. Bake as directed on box.
