best icying and not sweet ......good for those parents who are so worried about sugar
- add all above to kitchen aid mixer and mix till combined
- turn mixer on high and add slowly boiling water , keep mixer on high till icying turns fluffy and peek forms and holds shape .
- used any jello favor and pear up with duncan hines frosting creations
- store in a air tight container so a crust doesnt form ......best to pipe same day but next day is good too .....
- no need to store in fridge for boiling water has cooked the egg white
