These were very rich and lovely tasting - and the cake mix turned out so moist but not too light. My elderly neighbour was VERY happy with the one i sent over to her and said it was the nicest cupcake/muffin she has ever had!
Directions
- Pour pack of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Caramel Flavour Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly blended.
- I blended this for a long long time in my mix master til the batter was very thick before putting it into my pam sprayed jumbo muffin trays. Let them cool completely before trying to remove them and then wait 10 more mins to let them settle before icing.
- I had mine in the fridge after all was done and they barely lasted 3 days!
