
Sweet yet tart- chocolate raspberry cupcake
Directions
- Prepare cake mix according to box
- Add one cup thawed raspberries ( no juice )
- Mix 30 seconds on medium speed to help mix berries
- Place batter in muffin liners
- Cook following directions on box. I added a couple of extra minutes
- Let cool completely
- I used raspberry juice mixed into white frosting-
- Or you could use
- Pour pack of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ White Chocolatey Raspberry Flavour Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly blended.
