Gourmet Mocha Cake for 1

Mocha cake with an espresso whipped topping.


  1. Prepare 1 pouch Duncan Hines Perfect Size for 1 Mocha Cake as per directions and set aside.
  2. Beat the whipping cream, golden brown sugar, vanilla and instant espresso together in medium bowl to soft peak.
  3. Spoon or pipe the whipped cream on top of mocha cake.
  4. Optional: sprinkle hot chocolate powder over whipped cream.
