- Prepare 1 pouch Duncan Hines Perfect Size for 1 Mocha Cake as per directions and set aside.
- Beat the whipping cream, golden brown sugar, vanilla and instant espresso together in medium bowl to soft peak.
- Spoon or pipe the whipped cream on top of mocha cake.
- Optional: sprinkle hot chocolate powder over whipped cream.
