Strawberry Mini Cupcakes/Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines Strawberry Cupcake Mix
For the cupcake:
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
For frosting:
  • Frosting packet
  • 1 stick butter (softened)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350° F
  2. Line muffin tins with cupcake liner, spray donut pan with oil
  3. Put batter in 1/2 full
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
  5. Cool on a wire rack
Frosting:
  1. Blend with butter as per package instructions
  2. Frost cupcakes/donuts
  3. Add sprinkles if you like
