Harry Potter Butterbeer Cupcakes

Easy to whip up Harry Potter themed cupcakes? I'm on board!


  1. Prep: PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line two muffin tins with baking cups.
  2. Mix: BLEND dry mix, cream soda, oil and eggs in large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). BEAT at medium speed for 2 minutes. POUR batter in pan(s) and bake immediately.
  3. Bake: BAKE for 18-21 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. COOL completely before frosting.
  4. Frost: Frost cupcakes with white frosting. Combine frosting starter with caramel flavour mix. Drizzle overtop.
