Directions
- Pour pack of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Cotton Candy Flavour Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly blended.
- Follow the instructions on the box of Duncan Hines Chocolate cake mix for cupcakes. (you can bake them in cupcake cups or ice cream cones)
- Once the cupcakes are done, pipe on the cotton candy flavour icing to the top of the cupcakes.
