fudge marble cupcakes


  1. preheat to 350°
  2. Grease muffin tins (do not use liners)
  3. make cake mix as directed but keep vanilla and chocolate mix separate
  4. fill pans with vanilla mix and then place a dollop of chocolate in the centre of each cupcake
  5. Bake as directed
  6. Cool and remove from pans.
  7. Roll the sides in raspberry jam and then in coconut
  8. Ice with blush coloured frosting, top with a little coconut and then a dab of rasp. jam
