
Chocolate cupcakes with butter cream icing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 as per cake package
- Mix all the icing ingredients and add green food colouring or whatever color you want
- Icing the cupcakes after they are cooled using a piping bag
- Add candy eyes and lips
- Cut out rainbow flat licorce cut the tail and fins
- Top with blue glitter
- Place in fridge till ready to serve
- These are very easy and so cute
