Moist chocolate hand made cupcakes with chocolate icing and vanilla sugar sprinkles


  1. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and spices. Combine until smooth
  2. Add flour
  3. Add milk
  4. Mix until consistent
  5. Then add baking soda, whip and pour into cupcake holders - this gives you the super fluffy cupcakes because you are only beating the soda for a short time so it rises.
  6. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes (if mini cupcakes) and 9-11min if big cupcakes
  7. Flip cupcakes out and let cool
  8. In a separate bowl combine coffee powder and Duncan Hines chocolate frosting
  9. Decorate with sugar and chocolate
