
Moist chocolate hand made cupcakes with chocolate icing and vanilla sugar sprinkles
Directions
- Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and spices. Combine until smooth
- Add flour
- Add milk
- Mix until consistent
- Then add baking soda, whip and pour into cupcake holders - this gives you the super fluffy cupcakes because you are only beating the soda for a short time so it rises.
- Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes (if mini cupcakes) and 9-11min if big cupcakes
- Flip cupcakes out and let cool
- In a separate bowl combine coffee powder and Duncan Hines chocolate frosting
- Decorate with sugar and chocolate
