Black Bottom Cuppies

Yummy cream cheese and chocolate combine for the most decadent of cupcakes!

Directions

  1. Makes 48 cupcakes
  2. -mix cake mix as prescribed
  3. -fill cupcake liners 1/3 full
  4. Fill: blend well
  5. -2 8oz packs cream cheese (room temp)
  6. -2/3 cup sugar
  7. -2 eggs (room temp)
  8. -2 tsp vanilla
fold in:
  1. -1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  2. drop by teaspoon into cake batter.
  3. Bake at 350 for 18-20 min (until toothpick comes out clean)
Optional Icing:
  1. 1 8oz block cream cheese
  2. 1/4 cup butter
  3. 3.5 cups icing sugar
  4. 1-2 Tbsp milk
