White Sour Cream Cupcakes decorated with fondant figurines
- Combine dry ingredients
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix on medium for 2 mins.
- Drop into cupcake lined muffin pan
- Bake on 350 until center spring back or when tooth pick comes out clean
- Do not over bake!
- Decorate as needed
- PS.....modelling chocolate is much like childrens clay and can be made into many shapes that make cupcakes so fun for kids!
