Cookies n' Cream Crunch Cupcakes

Chocolate cookies and cream cupcakes with buttercream frosting.


  1. Oven on 350°
  2. 2 bowls,1 box of chocolate pudding with 1/4 cup of flour and 1/2 stick of butter, in other bowl 1 box of vanilla pudding, 1/4 cup of flour, 1/2 stick of butter, combine
  3. Line pan w/parchment paper
  4. Bake 8-10 min
  5. Let cool in freezer, when cool, crumble mixture by hand or processor
  6. Mix cake mix, butter, chocolate pudding, milk, eggs and vanilla extract and pour into liners halfway, bake 12-15 minutes
  7. Mix butter powdered sugar vanilla extract and milk
  8. Top with icing and sprinkle crunch on top
