Minion cupcakes

Carrots cupcakes inspired by Despicable Me 2 movie! I love minions and my kids too so I've made some minion cupcakes!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ Cups HOT Tap Water
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 Classic Carrot Cake Mix
  • Fondant for decoration
  • Food coloring agent

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Open carrot and raisins pouch. Add carrots and raisin pouch to 1 1/4 cups of HOT tap water; let stand about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix eggs, greek yogurt, dry mix and the carrot and raisins mixture.
  4. Put the mix in the muffin pan.
  5. Bake during 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let rest at the ambiance temperature for about 6-12h.
  7. Decorate with th fondant and let your imagination take the control!
