Vanilla Swirl Cupcakes

Delightly coloured vanilla cupcakes.


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Blend cake mix, eggs, water and vegetable oil.
  3. Divide batter among 24 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake for 18 to 21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean; let cool completely.
  4. Divide vanilla frosting between two bowls. Mix yellow food colouring into one bowl. Place both frostings into piping bag; pipe frosting onto cupcakes to create swirl.
