Strawberry Shortcake Cupcake

Strawberry Shortcake is a Baker's Club favourite. Now you can make it as a cupcake!


  1. Prepare the French Vanilla Cake Mix according to package directions. Fill 24 cupcake liners with batter almost to the top. Bake according to package directions.
  2. Let cupcakes fully cool.
  3. With a sharp pairing knife, cut off the cupcake tops where the liners end.
  4. Add a dollop of whipped cream on the exposed top of the cupcake. Top with a spoonful of strawberry fruit filling. Place the cupcake top back onto the cupcake.
  5. Add another dollop of whipped cream on the cupcake top. Garnish with a strawberry.
