Upsidedown Strawberry Chocolate Cupcakes

This is a fun twist on The Pineaple Upsidedown Cake


  1. Preheat oven at 350 and prepare mix as directed on box.
  2. Cut off the end of the strawberries and place 1 in each cavities of the cupcake pan.
  3. Distribute batter evenly and place in oven for 20 minutes or until done.
  4. Flip the pan so the cupcakes are upside down (They will not look pretty)!
  5. To make the frosting mix the icing sugar, butter, milk, cocoa and vanilla with a electric mixer.
  6. Pipe on frosting and decorate to your taste.
