
This is a fun twist on The Pineaple Upsidedown Cake
Directions
- Preheat oven at 350 and prepare mix as directed on box.
- Cut off the end of the strawberries and place 1 in each cavities of the cupcake pan.
- Distribute batter evenly and place in oven for 20 minutes or until done.
- Flip the pan so the cupcakes are upside down (They will not look pretty)!
- To make the frosting mix the icing sugar, butter, milk, cocoa and vanilla with a electric mixer.
- Pipe on frosting and decorate to your taste.
