Directions
- Bake cake as directed on package. Spread icing on cupcakes. Cut mini marshmallows in half on a diagonal, you will end up with 2 "pedal" from each marshmallow. Dip the cut side of the marshmallow into desired color of sugar. Carefully place your marshmallow "pedals" onto iced cupcake.
