Chocolate cookie dough cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes with cookie truffles and topped with cookie dough frosting and drizzles of chocolate


  1. Cookie dough truffles: Line baking pan with waxed paper. Mix first 3 items, beat flour, add chocolate. Shape dough 1' balls, freeze 2 hours. (over night works too)
  2. Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Bake for 25 minutes
  3. Follow directions for mix but add 1 extra egg to batter.
  4. Pour into ready cupcake liners, add one truffle
  5. Frosting: Follow recipe above. Frost.
