Bear Cupcakes

A cute little bear with buttercream icing and chocolate cupcake.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350F degrees & line cupcake pan with liners
  2. Mix cake, eggs, butter, milk & chocolate pudding
  3. Pour batter into tins
  4. Bake about 20 minutes
  5. Remove from pan, cool and rack
  6. Whip already made buttercream or make your own
  7. Buttercream Recipe: 1/2c butter, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 cups sugar, 2 tbsp of water or cream, mix
  8. Mix brown colour to icing
  9. Fill decorator bag using a grass tip
  10. Ice cupcakes using short squeezes upwards, until entire cupcake is covered
  11. Apply decorations to make bear face
