Pumpkin Spice Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix the canned pumpkin and the spice cake mix together until well mixed. Place spoonfuls on a cookie sheet that has been greased or sprayed with cooking spray about an inch apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until are slightly firm to the touch. Place on a rack to cool.

This recipe is fun to do with the kids,I also added a cup of chocolate chips. There isn't a size given for the pure pumpkin. All I had on hand was a 796ml (3 cups) can. I had to adjust the baking time.
