Lemony cheesecake goodness
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine cake mix, 1 egg and oil in large bowl, stir to combine, will be crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mix, set aside. Press remaining mix into a greased 13*9 inch cake pan. Bake 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Combine remaining egg, cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, zest and lemon pie fill. Beat until smooth and we'll blended. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until golden color. Cool in pan on wire rack.
