Whoopie pies with whipped vanilla icing
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together cake mix and softened butter, then add the two eggs.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart in 1-inch balls.
- Bake at 350F, 7-9 minutes depending on your oven until tops crack.
- Cool and put Duncan Hines whipped vanilla icing between, about two tablespoons.
