Maple Dusted and Maple Infused Devil's Food Cake Crinkle Cookies
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Meanwhile, in a large bowl; combine the ingredients except the maple sugar until dough has formed.
- Refrigerate the dough for approx 30 minutes so it's easier to work with. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls then roll in maple sugar to coat.
- On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about two inches apart and bake 9 to 11 minutes or until they are set set.
- Cool completely and store in a tightly covered container.
