Did you know that you can make just about any Duncan Hines cake mix into delicious cookies? Just add two eggs and 1/2 a cup of oil and bake for about 10 minutes.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking sheets.
- Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in large bowl. Stir until thoroughly blended. Shape dough into 36 (1¼") balls. Place 2" apart on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 to 11 minutes. (Cookies will look moist.) Do not overbake. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets. Remove to cooling racks. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
