2 Ingredient Glazed Lemon Bar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir 15 oz. (1 3/4 cups) lemon pie filling into Angel Food Cake Mix, whisking only until the cake mix is completely incorporated. Do not over-mix.
  3. Spread gently into an ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes (edges will turn slightly brown).
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Slice and sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar or glaze with lemon glaze.
