
Rolled sweet desert that has colored marshmallows,melted chocolate,chopped walnuts and coconut
Directions
- In a large bowl add all the above ingredients except coconut
- Mix well with wooden spoon
- Take a large piece of waxed paper and place on large enough area so you can add the mixed
- ingredients onto.
- Make into a roll about 12 inches long by 2 inches wide
- sprinkle coconut all over the roll
- cover with half the waxed paper and roll so coconut is on both sides
- put in fridge for about 2 hours to harden
- when hardened slice into 1 inch pieces and put in air tight container
- can also be frozen
- This is one recipe ideal for any holiday but best for Easter or Christmas
- The children just love this delightful treat and will be enjoyed by all
