Rolled sweet desert that has colored marshmallows,melted chocolate,chopped walnuts and coconut

Ingredients

  • 1 egg,slightly beaten
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs
  • 1 square melted chocolate {dark} unsweetened or sweetened
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
  • 25 colored marshmallows cut up, or use whole bag of minie ones
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 bag of sweetened coconut..you can also use unsweetened if you like

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add all the above ingredients except coconut
  2. Mix well with wooden spoon
  3. Take a large piece of waxed paper and place on large enough area so you can add the mixed
  4. ingredients onto.
  5. Make into a roll about 12 inches long by 2 inches wide
  6. sprinkle coconut all over the roll
  7. cover with half the waxed paper and roll so coconut is on both sides
  8. put in fridge for about 2 hours to harden
  9. when hardened slice into 1 inch pieces and put in air tight container
  10. can also be frozen
  11. This is one recipe ideal for any holiday but best for Easter or Christmas
  12. The children just love this delightful treat and will be enjoyed by all
