Harvey Wallbanger Cake

A delightful cake for any occasion. I recently made it for our ladies auxiliary luncheon and it was a big hit. Cake is baked in a Heritage Nordicware Bundt pan which makes the appearance of the iced cake a show stopper.


  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients together and beat for 4 minutes.
  2. Baked in greased and floured 10 or 12 cup Bundt Pan for 45 - 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
  3. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes; invert on wire rack or serving plate to complete cooling, about one hour.
  4. Top with Orange Glaze.
  5. Orange Glaze - mix powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon orange juice and orange peel. Stir in additional orange juice, 1 teaspoon at a time until smooth.
