Directions
- preheat oven 350
- Melt 1/3 cup butter in 9X13 pan put in 1 cup brown sugar and 1 teas corn syrup
- place pineapple slices in pan and put 1 cherry in centre of each ring
- add first 4 ingredients in bowl and beat 2 minutes,
- pour this mix over the pineapple
- bake for 40-50 minutes
- test doneness with toothpick . Pick in the centre of cake. Should come out clean
- cool cake for 10 minutes.
- loosen sides of cake
- invert onto serving plate.
