Lemon Angel Delight

Angel Food Cake with lemon filling

Directions

  1. Prepare cake mix as per instructions on the box, preheat oven
  2. Place into an angel food baking pan
  3. Invert onto a cake plate and let cool completely
  4. Prepare lemon pie filling and let cool
  5. Slice angel food cake in half (horizontal)
  6. Scoop lemon pie filling and spread onto cake, add the top layer
  7. Ice it with the tub of cool whip and refrigerate.
  8. Serve chilled, enjoy this taste of heaven :)
