Coconut lemon birthday cake
Directions
- one Duncan Hines white cake mix ,make according to directions but add 1 cup of shredded coconut to the mix-then when cooked and cooled put a layer of lemon in between cakes layers , Icing it with Duncan Hines White icing butt leave a circle on the top with no icing , into the circle put the rest of the lemon pie filling and then take coconut and put around cake sides and on top of the lemon makes a fantastic birthday cake
