This cake is easy to make and quite versatile for all you wonderful people out there that has a loved one with an egg allergy who are wanting to bake something truly delicious with no eggs whatsoever .. .Let's get Started
- Combine the cake mix with the wet ingredients and mix gently into smooth batter. at this point beat at med speed with Electric Beater for about 3-4 minutes until light and quite fluffy.
- Pour into prepared dish Bake in middle rack of oven for about 30-35 minutes until cake has risen and is golden brown. Remove from oven at this point. Leave cake to cool completely. Loosen sides with a spatula and remove cake from pan.
- Melt milk chocolate chipsand heavy cream in ceramic bowl. Melt on high in microwave for about 2-3 minutes remove from microwave and stir together and place back in microwave till completely melted. .. . . beat thoroughly for about 5 minutes until completely melted
- Frost top and sides of the cake . . . . Spread Skor Bits followed by White Chocolate Chips
