I used the new strawberry cupcake mix to make an 8 x 2 inch round cake.
- Mix together all ingredients for strawberry cupcake mix in a bowl.
- Add chopped strawberries to this
- Add 1 TBSP strawberry jam
- Pour into a greased 8 x 2 inch baking pan.
- bake according to directions.
- Meanwhile, make both icings.
- Tint the cream cheese icing pink.
- Use a 2D or 1M tip for decorating rosettes on cake when cake is cooled.
