
Make Easter hopping with my Bunny Cake!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Make batter per box instructions, I like to use 3 whole eggs, not just the whites
- Pour cake batter into two 8” round pans
- Bake for 25 minutes or until ready
- Once baked, let cool about 20 minutes on racks
- Cut cake #1 - round edges off for the ears
- Place above the other round cake
- Make icing
- Add butter, icing sugar and vanilla to a mixer. Mix until creamy
- Add food colouring to the frosting for the colors you like
- Decorate to your liking
