Bunny Cake

Make Easter hopping with my Bunny Cake!


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Make batter per box instructions, I like to use 3 whole eggs, not just the whites
  3. Pour cake batter into two 8” round pans
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until ready
  5. Once baked, let cool about 20 minutes on racks
  6. Cut cake #1 - round edges off for the ears
  7. Place above the other round cake
  8. Make icing
  9. Add butter, icing sugar and vanilla to a mixer. Mix until creamy
  10. Add food colouring to the frosting for the colors you like
  11. Decorate to your liking
