Spicy Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Moist delicious cake, not too sweet with a spicy taste - a big hit with men

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
  • 5 tablespoon sugar (3 white, 2 brown)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

  1. Grease 10" tube pan. Combine cake mix, pudding, sour cream, eggs and vegetable oil. Beat together well. In separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
  2. Spoon half batter into pan and sprinkle with sugar mixture, reserve a little to sprinkle on top.
  3. Spoon rest of batter into pan .
  4. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  5. Let cool and remove from pan.
