- cut 1 Duncan Hines Angel food cake into 3 layers
- - Stir 1 litre of vanilla ice cream to soften
- - fold in 1 cup mincemeat,
- - add toasted slivered almonds
- - add grated orange peel
- - Spread between layers and freeze
- Before serving
- - whip 1 cup whipping cream and "frost"
- - decorate top with flaked coconut that has been coloured green.
- - Cut red and green maraschino cherries, arrange to simulate holly.
