Caramel Brownie Ice Cream Cake

Ice cream sandwiched between layers of brownies

Directions

  1. Line 2 - 10" springform cake pans with parchment
  2. Preheat oven and prepare brownies according to packaged mixes
  3. Cool completely, remove from pans
  4. Beat whipping cream till firm,put in fridge
  5. Beat cream cheese till fluffy,add sugar,vanilla,milk and beat well. Fold in whipped cream.
  6. Use same pan, line bottom with parchment and put 1 brownie,add ice cream mixture,top with second brownie.
  7. Add whipped cream for topping and decorate,drizzle caramel.
  8. Freeze 3-4 hours, 30 minutes in fridge before serving.

The cream cheese filling is the ice cream, tastes like cheesecake ice cream.
