Funny Bunny Money Cake

Make 2 round cakes. Center one on large platter. Make 2 cuts on 2nd round cake creating 2 bunny ear shapes -- leaving middle of cake for bow tie shape. Shape ears and bow tie around un-cut round cake. Insert coins (wrapped in wax paper) randomly throughout cake. Completly cover with icing then coconut and have fun designing eyes, nose and whiskers!

Ingredients

  • Duncan Hines Moist Delux Chocolate Fudge Cake
  • 1/2 package of sweetend fancy coconut
  • 1 tin Duncan Vanilla icing
  • 1/2 tin Duncan Vanilla icing - with few drops green icing
  • jelly beans, jube jubes and licorice

Directions

  1. Make 2 round cakes according to instructions on package.
  2. Center one on large platter.

  6. Completly cover with icing then coconut and then have fun designing eyes, nose and whiskers with the kids!
